Guarantee Conditions;
The buyer must send an email stating or inquiring about the item before shipment or within 3 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a  POTENTIAL refund or replacement. Any emails received after the 3 day period will be ineligible for a refund. Once the package is returned in the same condition (minus damage or defect) a partial refund minus return delivery charges will be issued. If the item was damaged during the delivery process I can not be held responsible! Nor can I be held responsible if the scent is undesirable, or and error was made on the buyer’s end. Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective items!  Softwares are nonreturnable/nonexchangeable. If an item does not defect all return labels are the responsibility of the buyer.
