Guarantee Conditions;
Buyer must send email stating or inquiring about item before shipment or within 3 Days of receiving item to be eligible for a POTENTIAL refund or replacement. Any emails received after the 3 day period will be ineligible for a refund. Once the package is returned in the same condition (minus
damage
or defect) a partial refund minus return delivery charges will be issued. If the item was damaged during delivery process I can not be held
responsible!
Nor can i be held responsible if the scent is
undesirable or a purchase error was made on the buyers end.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective items!  Software’s are non returnable/non exchangeable. If item(S) is not defected all return labels are the responsibility of the buyer. All charges for return is also the responsibility of the buyer. With a detailed picture POTENTIAL refund or replacement  may be issued.
